Born from a love of Indian cooking
Sabor India was founded by a family who grew up surrounded by the everyday magic of Indian home cooking — the slow toast of cumin, the perfume of cardamom, the rhythm of a dough being kneaded for the morning naan. Bringing that warmth to Estepona has been our quiet ambition from day one.

Our menu draws on the regional cuisines of Punjab, Kerala, Goa and Hyderabad. Each curry, biryani and tandoori plate is built on a base of freshly ground masalas, slow-cooked aromatics and the freshest ingredients from local Andalusian producers.
